In a development from the ongoing penalty phase of the Tanner Horner capital murder trial in Tarrant County, Texas, the judge has ruled that the disturbing audio recording from inside the FedEx van will NOT be released or played publicly for the media. Prosecutors had detailed in their opening statement how Horner covered up the interior camera after abducting 7-year-old Athena Strand, yet the audio continued to capture the approximately one-hour violent attack on the child, including her screams and struggle. Jurors will hear the recording as they weigh whether Horner receives the death penalty or life in prison without parole following his guilty plea.

Both men are out free, walking the streets today.

I have two dogs with seizures. I told the vet I didn’t want rabies or anything else. She said it is law. Two days later seizure can’t walk. Neurologist says it isn’t from the shot. I am not 100% sure it wasn’t. I also found out, can get a waiver here in AZ. Wish I knew that before. My dogs are not around others due to stress. So will not be doing that with my other dogs.

Has anyone EVER seen a dog or cat with rabies? Or know someone that has seen it? Ever?

Tonight, I conducted unannounced oversight at ICE’s Mesa Airport detention center with @RepYassAnsari and @Rep_Grijalva. What we saw was horrifying — crowded cells at 2-3x capacity and busses more of detainees being loaded in. This is Trump’s mass deportation machine in action.
