@fonsequism @BrunoBeidacki @fonsecaupdates Vi aqui a titulo de referencia. Essa gira do saibro que vcs tem debochado tanto, Djokovic jogou em 2006 e 2007 (idade semelhante ao Joao). Outros torneios menores idem. Nadal nem vou olhar pq nessa idade ja era campeao de GS. Federer jogou Gstaad nos anos equivalentes tambem.

@fonsequism @fonsecaupdates Concordo com vocês que essa gira é desnecessária pra ele jogar. Mas não é normal um jogador do nível/ranking do João participar de apenas 1 ATP 250 o ano inteiro. Fritz, Cobolli, Aliassime, Ruud, Tiafoe… todos bem mais estabelecidos e melhor rankeados, jogaram mais.

@Gill_Gross Nobody called it perfect. It was aggressive. Aggressive equals more winners and more UE. As long as you keep it balanced in your favor, which he did, it can work.

The takeaway shouldn't be that Zverev's forehand was perfect in the 1st set. It was far from it. He made lots of errors on it, FAR more than usual. The takeaway is that he had the stomach for those errors and that the appetite for risk didn't waiver on pressure points.

@TennisMyLife68 Crazy that Federer had 8 after not starting as early as Nadal or Alcaraz or Borg or Becker. Once he started he really got going an impressive run. 2005-2008 Federer was indeed peak dominant tennis.

@JebraFaushay The worst part is making fun of the fruits and vegetables. They dont even realize thats how real food looks like. What she is used to shopping is probably grown with a ton of artificial stuff.
