My daily strategy on @MeteoraAG is pretty simple. I look for tokens above $250k market cap and at least $1M in 24-hour volume with other @EvilPanda Strat filters. I enter with a -91% SOL-side range using the spot strategy if the token is still trading close to its ATH. Then I set @etherdrops_bot alert at 30% and go about my day. One thing I've noticed with this filter is that it removes a lot of tokens, so you won’t have many opportunities to LP in this bear market. In addition, using a very wide range reduces the chances of hitting an extremely high fee that the tight range sometimes captures. Because of that, this approach is better suited for consistent fee generation and compounding over time, rather than a high-risk, high-reward degen strategy.

Just wanted to share a real moment from my life. For months, my routine looked like this: 5–6 hours of sleep (3am–9am) → college → open source → projects → AI/ML bootcamp. No breaks. No proper meals. Today it caught up with me. While heading to college, I realized I couldn’t breathe properly. Headache. Extreme hunger. Every few steps, my breath got worse. By afternoon, I couldn’t even walk home. I had to call my mother to come get me. Doctor’s words hit hard: “People usually don’t work this hard at 20. Hard work is good—but this lifestyle will damage your health.” Diagnosis: extreme weakness + burnout. Medication helped, but the lesson is permanent. From now on, proper sleep and diet are non-negotiable. Ambition means nothing if your body gives up. Sharing this so someone else doesn’t learn it the hard way.
