If I could tell my 22-year-old self one thing about sales: Stop trying to convince people who can't afford it. A broke person who says yes is worse than a rich person who says no. If you want to get money, go where the money is.

I just checked my pace now, It was way better than all my training pace 😭 The crazy thing is I ran with a backpack and it was heavy, was meant to drop it in my friend’s car but I couldn’t, I had to run with it 😭 I actually cried 5km in cause I was struggling but I adapted !

I used to think success meant saying yes to everything. Now I know better. A thread on choosing depth over width:

Width is a strategy for people who don't know what they want. Depth is a strategy for people who do. I'm choosing depth.

The hardest "no" isn't to bad things. It's to good things that aren't great things. That's where most people lose.

Here's what depth gives you that width doesn't: → Mastery instead of sampling → Patterns others miss → Work that compounds → Presence instead of performance → Something that lasts

Last month I turned down three opportunities. Good money. Interesting work. People I respected. They would've scattered my focus. I chose fewer things so I could actually master something.

The shift happened when I realized: I was building wide, not deep. Impressive from a distance. Empty up close.
