@TransLinkSEQ what happened to the paired back 590 services this morning? According to the service updates they should have been running a Saturday timetable between Garden City and Cannon Hill. Was at Billan St stop for an hour and nothing past in either direction.

Thanks @TransLinkSEQ for the non arrival of the 590 Carina North (Billan St) southbound due at 8.31am - got caught in the heavy rain blowing right into the bus shelter, seemed like an eternity before the 599 came along 20 minutes later…

Hey @TransLinkSEQ I think the inbound 210 went past our stop at Billan St about 5 minutes ago without his destination board on. He drove past slow and the tracker indicated that was the bus.

@woolworths A refund takes days to return and the better solution is to correct the issue instead of jumping to the refund option so quickly.

@woolworths In dealing with errors. Taking leftover bags back to the store doesn’t serve your customers, particularly when you have people either housebound or not able to get to a physical store easily.

@woolworths I hope your drivers are typically better trained to drop off all the items ordered instead of only 8 of 19. It’s concerning that you cannot get ahold of the driver after 3 hours. I’m waiting on the promised call...

And what happened to the items that were not delivered? Did the driver take them back to the store, or did he take them home for his own enjoyment? I want clear answers @woolworths

I don’t want a refund, I want my missing items. You know which items were not delivered, I expect you to re-pick fresh stock first thing Monday morning and have them delivered to me.

Quite honestly, it’s really concerning that @HSBC_AUS staff are stalking customers on LinkedIn...
