@dylanhmorris @halvorz @ENirenberg @dho_lab Yeah, very easy for there to be confounders. Really curious about the source of the data. I know UW has a longitudinal testing program but idk the data source. Dave was using strong language re masks and testing though and seemed genuinely concerned.

@km_tsui @dho @tcfriedrich Excellent question, and I don’t know the answer (probably a UW question). We are looking to hire someone quickly to help fill the gap of @GageKMoreno and @KATarinambraun, so it would need to be a really outstanding applicant to make a lengthy hiring process make sense.

New work in collaboration with colleagues at UC-Davis modeling sexual transmission of #Zika virus during early pregnancy. Repeated intravaginal ZIKV challenge was followed by embryonic loss in 2 out of 3 pregnancies. doi.org/10.3389/fimmu.…

Our preliminary analysis of the #Milwaukee #SARSCoV2 / #hCoV19 outbreak is on @LabKey at go.wisc.edu/dp6k0p. The Milwaukee epidemic appears to have few introductions and is largely driven by established chains of local transmission. @KATarinambraun @dho_lab @tcfriedrich
