I just finished watching NEMESIS and this is my review. • Isaiah Stiles isn’t smart. He only thinks he is, and that is exactly why he kept losing till the very end. He lost himself, lost his family, lost his mind, and still couldn’t take down the one man who ruined everything for him. Coltrane Wilder was always 100 steps ahead of him. Every single time. • Isaiah was not any different from Amos, and Noah was not any different from Isaiah. They are the same men from the same family, just operating differently. The apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree. • COLTRANE WILDER is such an insane character. He’s both the hero and the villain of the show. Street smart, intelligent, self-aware, calculated. Before Coltrane executes a plan, it feels like he already has 10 damage-control cards lined up in case things go south. That man was playing chess while everybody else was fighting emotionally. • He was Isaiah Stiles’ biggest nightmare, and he won every single time. Isaiah let his hatred and disdain get the better of him so badly that he could never calm down enough to take Coltrane out properly. Again, he wasn’t as smart as he thought he was. • Charlie is such a selfish woman and honestly, I hope Coltrane gives her exactly what she deserves. • Ebony is easily among the top three most criminal-minded people in the show, and she is definitely not number three. The show is a solid 9/10. I really hope we get a season 2.

guess what guys? this is where the 'women divide families and ruin frienshships' trope comes from. because if he gets a girlfriend or wife now that sets and enforces boundaries, they'll say she divided the family or ruined the friendship he had with his guys.

This is hilarious. But I also understand the writer who chooses to substitute akara with bean cake. How many people outside Nigeria actually know what akara is? If you are writing for an international audience, it makes perfect sense to use vocabulary that will be readily understood by the people you are trying to reach.

Doing what’s best for your child , and even helping the other parent during a crisis , doesn’t make you weak. Your child is objectively better off in England than in Nigeria right now. If processing papers for the other parent is part of what secures that future, then do it. Don’t let pain, pride, or hate blind you so much that you end up losing far more in the process, all for temporary aura points.
