BREAKING: President Trump is considering restarting Project Freedom this week, which would involve U.S. naval ships escorting tankers through the Strait of Hormuz, according to The Wall Street Journal. Wall Street Journal: “The Trump administration is now looking to restart the operation to guide commercial ships with naval and air support that it had paused after 36 hours this week, U.S. officials said. I was very naive and believed that Trump was a president that would keep us out of war. That he really cared about our troops enough to not waste their lives for another pointless war. With all his talk about Iraq being a disaster, and how he was the “peace” president. 8 out of 10 Americans didn’t approve of starting a war. But here we are. This is going to be a complete disaster not only for the Middle East but it will probably ravage our already fragile economy.

I hope and pray that Savannah Gutherie's mom is found and is brought home safe. But I also would like to live in a world where a kidnapped Child of Color received this level of media coverage or anywhere close to it. When does this type of thing finally change? It's 2026.
