@seanluomdphd @AntiDoc I have been using underground labs for test since 1999 I have none of those side effects. My labs show test level 1680, so we know the TE is dosed 300mg/cc for $4.50/cc.

Testosterone is moderately effective for adjunct treatment in a broad sample, not sure if it’s “safer”. It causes a fib, enlarged prostate, hair loss and acne. Some newer antidepressants like viibryd have virtually no sexual side effects and I would argue do much better than testosterone in terms of tolerability for first line broad patient cohorts. Remember young men also need to preserve fertility, T supplement does a mess of a job there. It’s not that effective for treatment resistant depression or severe depression without any symptom of hypogonadism. This group of patients often have many other issues. Testosterone is much safer, much healthier, and considerably more reasonable than any of the other drugs used for treating male depression.

This week I had another sexual health screening. Everything came back negative, and that’s after hundreds of dicks since my last checks (not too long ago). For me, the combo of Prep, DoxyPep, vaccines and regular check-ups have been a miracle. They’re not a silver bullet- but so far they’ve had my back. But you know what? If I did get a positive diagnosis, I wouldn’t freak out. I’d abstain from sex, get myself treated, and contact (where possible) my recent sexual partners. No shame, no drama. There’s no shame in being a slut if you’re in control and you’re looking after yourself 😘
