Fracking: Usted dice que “los proyectos no han completado todo el trámite legislativo, por lo que la prohibición no existe jurídicamente aún”. Eso es técnicamente cierto (no hay ley de prohibición aprobada en ambas cámaras), pero omite que el gobierno del Pacto Histórico (Petro) ha impuesto moratorias administrativas, decretos y suspensiones que en la práctica han bloqueado el fracking desde 2022. El Consejo de Estado suspendió las normas que lo regulaban, el Ministerio de Ambiente ha radicado (por sexta vez) proyectos de ley para prohibirlo con mensaje de urgencia, y el propio Petro ha dicho “no rotundo” al fracking argumentando que “el agua es la gran riqueza nacional”. El gobierno y el Pacto ignoraron o desestimaron los estudios técnicos previos de la ANH y universidades que demostraban que era viable con estándares ambientales estrictos (pilotos autorizados en 2012-2015 y evaluaciones técnicas posteriores). No es “discutir riesgos”, es bloquear por decreto/ideología mientras el país pierde reservas. Aquí le paso mis fuentes: • Ministerio de Ambiente (julio 2025): radicación del proyecto de ley de prohibición. • Infobae (marzo 2026): Petro da “no rotundo” al fracking. • AP News y Senado (2024-2025): el Congreso no ha aprobado la prohibición definitiva, pero el gobierno la impulsa y aplica moratorias.🧵

Laura, con todo respeto: La ciencia no se construye con eslóganes ni con invitaciones bonitas. La ciencia se basa en datos verificables, método científico y evidencia reproducible. ¿Cómo le piden a la comunidad científica que “aúne esfuerzos” con un grupo político que, de manera sistemática: • Niega o ignora datos empíricos cuando no le convienen, • Se escuda en supuestos ideológicos en lugar de pruebas, • Rechaza o demoniza el avance técnico y tecnológico, • y ataca frontalmente el desarrollo productivo del país? Eso no es “Con-Ciencia”. Eso es anti-ciencia con maquillaje de progreso. Poner “la vida en el centro” suena bonito, pero cuando las políticas que defienden generan pobreza, atraso y destrucción de oportunidades, la vida real de millones de colombianos termina siendo la que paga la cuenta. La comunidad científica no necesita invitaciones. Necesita respeto a la evidencia. Y hoy, lamentablemente, ese respeto brilla por su ausencia en el Pacto Histórico y en buena parte de sus voceros.

Voy a tratar de aclarar un poco este tema del traslado adelantado de los ahorros pensionales al fondo público, porque en medio de tantas mentiras se pierde el fondo del asunto. Primero, al no permitir el traslado, lo que está haciendo el CE es exactamente lo contrario a lo que dice el presidente: se está evitando que el ahorro que juiciosamente hicieron cerca de 45.000 colombianos se lo perratié el gobierno en dos meses, además en época electoral. De esta manera, se asegura que haya dinero en el futuro para pagar ls pensiones de las personas que se trasladaron. Es decir, es una decisión responsable que busca proteger las pensiones de los afiliados. Segundo, lo que pretendía hacer el gobierno es ilegal, va en contra de lo que dice su propia reforma pensional, la que ellos hicieron y por la que tanto han peleado. Esa reforma establece que los ahorros se trasladan a Colpensiones solo cuando las personas se vayan pensionando. Pero no, el gobierno dándoselas de vivo, como ya no tienen de donde más raspar para seguir gastando, se quiere traer 25 billones (1.2% del PIB) en dos meses y desfinanciar el pago futuro de las pensiones (además se pierden los rendimientos futuros de esos ahorros por gastarlos antes). Esa es la verdad del asunto. La basura que habla el gobierno para justificar su irresponsabilidad es solo eso: basura.

El gobierno de Petro acaba de emitir deuda a un año por valor de $900.000 millones de pesos y tasa del 13,7%. El sector privado le está cobrando tasas de gota a gota al gobierno. Petro está empeñando nuestro país para comprarle votos a Iván Cepeda.

My strategy is built on completely avoiding any news flow. Gustavo Petro has just dealt a brutal blow to the savings of millions of Colombians. Petro is making sure he makes his biggest heist right before leaving office by ordering the forced transfer of 25 trillion pesos from private pension funds to Colpensiones by decree. These are private funds belonging to members who, of their own volition, had switched pension plans. This is not a technical transfer: it is a blatant theft of Colombians' pensions. Just like the Kukas did in 2008 in Argentina.

Antonio Sanguino firma un decreto ilegal que viola su propia reforma pensional para que unas empresas liquiden 25 billones y le pasen ese efectivo a un mes de la segunda vuelta. Lo anterior, en un contexto de creciente déficit fiscal.
