@djsmeadows Comics are having the largest resurgence as a form of media. So it’s actually genius to use that medium to launch these characters. D’orc is a great example of how quick something can happen in that space. Also the history of launching new IP comics play a huge hand in that

When I come across things like this I’m unsure how I feel about it… on one hand I’m excited for how early we still are but then on the other I’m confused how this is even possible… Is it because comics are so niche? Am I delusional? How does the master of attention not get any attention on VF? Then I had this smack in the face… I’ve been here since day 1 (almost 5 years) and I haven’t read one of the comics myself… I’m sure they are amazing but I personally dgaf… give me cartoons that I can watch…. Movies that I can’t wait to watch the sequels of… I want to WATCH the stories not read them I asked my 9 year old daughter (exact target market from what I believe) if she would rather find out more about the story of VeeFriends from reading a comic or cartoons…. “Cartoons Dad” This is by no means an attack on anyone that’s in to comics, the incredible artists that work on them etc just my thoughts at 3.32am while I can’t sleep 😅

Kinda feel played and deceived tonight by @yugalabs in regards to the @OthersideMeta launch today. I have invested alot with them and think I deserve straight answers when I ask questions on projects since I have been a vocal supporter and large investor in their company. At Apefest I asked @CryptoGarga and @GordonGoner to their face about Nexus and they looked me direct in the eyes and said don’t worry it would be good. Never once did they say it was going to be THIS GOOD. It’s absolutely incredible. It’s at a level not seen before in Web 3 history. @mfigge you crushed it brother. You just cemented your legacy as one of the BEST of all time. Could not be more proud of you family and the entire Yuga team 🙏

The grailed by @10KTFshop are native to the @OthersideMeta Everyone saw what happened with Moonbirds after Yuga Labs sold them. This collection never got the support of the people even after Yuga sold them for whatever reason. But when avatars come I think that will change.
