@marcelpociot @maximamir Interesting conversation, I am not sure but I guess its worth looking at what tmux and supervisord are doing behind the scenes. Both tools have options to configure timeout if there is no activity in server.

@maximamir No cloud, I mean the local php server running via php -S 0.0.0.0:8000

Does anybody know if the built in PHP server has a timeout? I thought it might be coupled to max execution time, but it's not. I can't find anything timeout related in the docs either.
