heard about a restaurant. called them to place an order and they were like no no we don’t take orders over the phone come stand in line. was fascinated by this complete contempt for customers so I drove over and it was a counter service takeout restaurant inside a grocery store. they just continuously make every item on the menu and set it out in to-go containers. if you order what they have ready, you can have it. wanted to try everything so ordered a ton of food. we just ate dinner, it was VERY good, and I have leftovers for days.

@0x15f @enunomaduro @taylorotwell This is without knowing anything about your test suite or app, but a few thoughts off the top of my noggin. Realistically, I don't think there will be a quick solve here. My guess is item one will be the place to dig but also requires the most work.

@PovilasKorop Ha ha, like your postures 😉 I think Plan mode is still a good practice to start with for someone starting new. The /grill-me or spec-driven workflows are more suited once they get used to the plan-review-execute cycle.

I've made some new upgrades to my Composer Upgrade skill. I honestly think this one skill is now invaluable. It will perform all your updates, taking into consideration security updates and outdated packages, progressing from minor to major. It also now works with a script to help with merge conflicts on the lock file. Most AI will do weird things like update the file manually, which won't pass validation. Instead, with this skill it'll do a diff comparison between the two versions and replay all the commands required. It's already saved me a lot of time. Just install the skill and then prompt it: "Upgrade my PHP packages with /composer-upgrade"

I wholeheartedly agree with you! The course is about Agentic AI based software development...I saw there's a gap in my native language for it, so I did some posts in FB and did a survey. The response was really good, people are constantly poking me its update and some has started to even threaten why there's no update 🤣 I thought I'd do an English version too but seeing your latest tweets, I'm not sure if I'd do it.

@phpfour Now in 2026 the scenery for content and courses is very different than it was 3-5 years ago. With AI, I'm not sure if I would recommend people to start with online courses if they haven't yet. But, of course, if you deliver quality unique material and be able to SELL it... :)
