@MasonVersluis Caffeine is great as long as it’s not increasing your cortisol levels.. stimulants and stress spike cortisol and your body will suffer for it. Can’t lose fat, your libido suffers, foggy mind. Taking a break from stymies is not a bad thing.

I quit caffeine for a couple months and my only conclusion was: Life is significantly worse without caffeine. I experienced no real detectable benefits. Back to using stimulants to boost work, because if I don't, they will.
