@themepunch Try changing your mouse's vertical scroll value to 7 lines...Forgot I made the value that high.If I am not mistaken default is 3

@themepunch I will reset my mouse settings. I think that might be the cause. If it is Ill send you what settings I changed.

@themepunch on the first load it scrolled perfectly. Second load one notch on a mx master scrolled the entire length of the home page. Win10

@themepunch I am only moving my scroll wheel a single notch. This might be caused by my scrolling config

@themepunch Just a friendly heads up. I'm experiencing an issue scrolling on your your site with Google Chrome v48.0.2564.116. Firefox is ok
