@NickDiFabio1 Interesting, never considered a digital asset to be built up into becoming available as a one-off sale.
I'm sure there is benefits to holding an asset Vs selling an asset

@Nicolascole77 These responses sound like kneejerk reactions, rather than critical thinking or saying to themselves ' Hey who is this Nicolas Cole and maybe I should look further into what he does and how he does it so I can see what his post can or cannot do'

Sometimes I copy/paste content over to IG Threads. The below post is going viral over there right now. And all the comments say:
• "Is this satire?"
• "It's not that easy!"
• "Yea if you want to write AI slop."
• "$5k for a cover? What a scam!"
• Etc.
This is why most people in the world stay broke.
There has literally never been a better or easier time in human history to monetize your knowledge—in any form. You just need 1 thing, and that's a mindset where you don't completely give up and blame everyone else around you when things don't *magically* and *immediately* work the first time you try.

@MrSeanFinlay Your father being a co-host on Beyond 2000 is a memory I'll cherish as an Aussie kid growing up! Made the show awesome to watch.

It would have been nice if the Logie awards mentioned my father foreign correspondent / presenter Iain Finlay in memoriam after his extensive career in Australian television first as a presenter on ABC This Day Tonight then as co host of Beyond 2000 😔 #Logies2025

@robertoblake 2/2 - with mates or friends is a regular occurance in Australia. Well it was for Gen X and Millenials.
English

@robertoblake 1/2 - I gather Roberto, a genuine question here, 'This is not a regular occurance in the US?'
A large % of the 18-25 age in Australia do not attend college/university (much higher attendance in the US) and usually have employment or learning a trade.

My recommendation to everyone in their 20s is to get roommates and stop trying to force living in a place on your own, there is no real value to it.
Lower your cost of living and get access to a nicer area all while also limiting your potential loneliness and isolation.
Spending time with your friends like this in your apartment will also save money when it comes to social activities and entertainment spending.
It’s not this horrible thing.
Many of my own favorite memories of my 20s were hanging out at the apartment with the boys… staying up on halo… waking up and having ramen and eggs…
If you want to get into a house at some point in your life… speaking as a homeowner (bought in 2021) you don’t need 20% down, just 5%…
You can save up a down payment in 3-5 years if you just are a bit frugal and make extra money when you can…

Who remembers The Keep 1983?
Was my introduction to Ian McKellan, Scott Glenn, Alberta Watson, Gabriel Byrne & Jurgen Prochnow and 2nd time I’d seen Wolf Kahler.
Wonder if @michaelrosenbum has the poster on his wall?
