What is your best advice for incoming interns? Make the most of your intern year by embracing every opportunity to learn and grow! Avoid approaching it with a "just get through this year" mindset because there's so much valuable knowledge to gain. Also, consider taking Step 3 during your internship before radiology starts. 🍽️Favorite restaurant in the Jackson area? Bravo! ✨Why did you choose UMMC Radiology residency? I chose UMMC Radiology because of its outstanding environment, supportive and knowledgeable attendings, as well as happy residents. Additionally, the program offers a rich exposure to diverse pathology and a high volume of studies, providing an exceptional learning experience. 🩻 What is the best part of being a radiologist? The best part of being a radiologist is the critical role you play in directing patient care through your reports. Your interpretations and findings guide the clinical decisions of healthcare teams, influencing the diagnosis, treatment plans, and outcomes for most of the patients. 🎻Hobbies/Free time: Playing the violin and cooking dishes from different cuisines 💫 What do you want medical student applicants to know about UMMC Radiology residency?
