@heynnnow - can’t believe that u are cheating customers by saying item is delivered whereas u are not adding the item in multiple products delivery. Despite calling thrice to your customer care, raising ticket via your app and sending 3 reminders there is no response. Pathetic !

@EurekaForbes Nonsense of a product ! Stops working within 8 months of purchase and takes nearly 45 days and 30+ follow ups to get the company to find a technician to assess and fix the faulty product

@EurekaForbes Eureka Forbes Ltd has seriously degraded its quality of products as well as customer services. Product Robo Vac n Mop purchased in Oct2020 dies out in 8 odd months and then despite lodging service request followed by 3 reminders escalations 2 customer care #useless

@EurekaForbes Check your records again ! Took little over 1 month eith 3 customer service escalations, 2 reminder emails to your provided CEO escalation email id and 20+ stinkers on social media to get you to do your job in the first place for a product which was supposedly under warranty!

@EurekaForbes today’s update … the so called senior technician who visited Saturday promised to come on Monday (today) to collect the product and take it back to the service center for repair and parts replacement.
