It is part of larger <Tbilisi Book Of The Dead> and it is an autoethnographically correct documentary on the city that constantly dies in them/me simultaneously in past, present and future. 🌴✍️🌠💀

The Russo-Caucasian War officially ended on 21 May 1864, marking 162 years since this pivotal event. Throughout the 19th century, the conflict reshaped the geopolitical landscape of the Caucasus and led to the mass displacement of indigenous peoples, including the Abkhazians.

@ae_stallings Much much earlier there was Argo ship from Argonautics, no? It was talking, answering questions, giving warnings and guiding the crew, it's just it was "trained" on Gods and Athena "data" :)

Just published ENG translation of my essay DESCENDANTS OF SUN published in the 37th issue of German sci-fi journal — NOVA. Mixing solar mind with Platonov, Batailles & Zapffe, "as a potlatch-like version of life’s festival, full of pain and joy, in the shadow of the sun"👇

@EverySongIveEve I have absolute opposite feeling.I know for a fact it can go below zero: have seen many cases, happened to me too. & it can certainly rise above any level, as it did many times before. Only balance to this is knowing my limits at the present moment, anything else is in potential

I have the feeling that my talent, if that’s the right word for it, means there’s a certain level my work will never drop below. But sometimes I also suspect this means there also might be a certain level it will never rise above.

If you know - you know.

Очевидные нелепости
@dillatext @palekirill Не припомню чтобы встречал лифт сразу за входной дверью, а с виду похоже на какую-то брежневку. То есть я к тому, что это видимо что-то местное, а не обычное.

Zaza Burchuladze’s war novel is not an easy book to love — but in 2026, it is an uncomfortably easy book to recognise. 🔗 Read more: oc-media.org/review-adibas-…

@tyorrique Last year I took Byzantine lit course in uni & discovered whole kind of lost tradition of Orthodox East's concept of a Person that exists ONLY in-relations & BY "being other", so to explain it, modern scholars have to touch Sartre a lot. Check Christos Yannaras - Person and Eros

@dillatext I’m aware Binswanger and some other folks loosely associated with this tradition like Laing and Van Den Berg

Super excited to finally read this! I’m at a point in my research where the role of existential psychoanalysis is proving to be more and more relevant for my work.

From Google Gemini: "It's hard to say definitively if this image was generated or modified by AI.While the original Rooms by the Sea painted by Edward Hopper in 1951 is a real and famous work of art, this specific version does appear to be a variation. There are a few key visual differences that suggest this version might be a digital recreation or AI-influenced interpretation:Colors & Textures: This version has much more vibrant, saturated teal and orange tones compared to the more muted, realistic palette typical of Hopper's work. The brushwork also appears more uniform and digitally smoothed. Compositional Changes: The furniture (the small bench/sofa) and the framed picture on the left wall differ in style and placement from the original painting.Lighting: The way the light hits the floor and walls is much sharper and more stylized here, which is common in AI-generated "in the style of" images. It's common for AI models to be trained on famous works like Hopper’s, often resulting in "remixed" versions that circulate online."

Is this painting really by Edward Hopper? It is often labelled online as by Hopper and dated 1951 - but something feels off.

"Intravenously injected foreign memories — for getting through the nightmares of December nights, when the sun shines so briefly that plants do not manage photosynthesis and perish, to ward off the dark dreams where heroes cannot withstand the world’s repeating cycles."

"And now people are hiding silent in their own depths, and their chatbots from the surfaces of their own depths swap phrases in front of each other’s faces. Many call this friendship." Spellbinding story from @dillatext minorliteratures.com/2026/04/23/hak… via @MinorLits
