@BigDickBarclay I work for a family owned company and I've never seen anyone written up. Yelled at yes, but nothing ever in writing. Ive told my service manager if he ever "writes me up" Im quitting lol

@dillonstewart It’s a family owned company with like four employees. I think that’s why I’m so butt hurt about it. If it had been getting written up in the army or at some giant company it would’ve meant nothing to me.

Worked my entire life doing some of the worst jobs. Work very hard. Make the companies I work for tons of money. Pretty good employee imo. Never complain publicly or loudly. Never talk bad about other employees except to my wife in private. Never had a bad employee review. Never need to be verbally counseled about anything. Got written up today for the first time in my entire life. I’m coping. I’m seething.
