@googlenesthelp Nest thermostat is not connecting to the network and constantly rebooting. I've been going through the troubleshooting with no results. Is it broken?

@googlenesthelp I've been through the troubleshooter many times, it is showing the available networks however not Connecting. I did replace a modem a few days ago. I have my own modem and router.
