Following up on the Monday golf poll… Another great week of strong voting & excellent responses! Thanks to all! Voting came in at 61% mallets & 39% blades. On the @PGATOUR the breakdown is about 70% mallets & only 30% blade putters, so the best players in the world are adopting larger, typically more forgiving putter heads at a greater rate than the golf twitterverse. May be something to learn from that. Remember, putting comes down to 3 things - start line, speed & read - so you should get fit for & use the putter that helps you do those the best & most consistently. ⛳️

Strong possibility Rickie Fowler switches to an @odysseygolf Versa Jailbird mallet this week. Tested a few putters on Wednesday but left with the Versa.

Obviously the biggest “if” ever, and it’s been precisely two rounds, but if Collin Morikawa’s putting transformation is a lasting thing, he’s a surefire future world No. 1. Absolutely love the way he’s rolling it. Looks so, so much more solid.

Good for Paul Wulff. A great guy who was dealt one of the worst teams of all time when he took over Wazzu. It would truly be the best go see him have success at Cal Poly. He deserves it.
