I’m not looking for offense and frankly it’s rather hard to inspire such a thing in me, at least within such circuses. I’m just waiting for a coherent argument. Calling it a humorous device is a fun way to pivot, but it doesn't change the fact that your comparison is a total false equivalence. You’re trying to equate a laundry list of individual personality quirks with a categorical biological rejection. That isn’t a joke that went over my head, it’s just a clumsy analogy that falls apart the moment you look at it. You can hide behind the humor defense if it helps, but it doesn't make your monolith any less of a fallacy.

Illustrating a list of the way women express their agency isn't an inaccuracy or a condemnation. Comparing in a to the way men express theirs is just a humorous device that you clearly missed in a try-harding effort to find offense. Refute my joke till you feel good. You just explained how you clearly missed the point, then proceeded to do it again.

I have an abundance of evidence to refute a number of your claims regarding what ‘women won’t date,’ @gullyvuhr. I’m not attempting to argue for the other side, but rather to point out how precarious it is to assume an entire gender group operates as a monolith. Speaking as an individual, going off-script is one of my life’s greatest joys (under the assumption there’s one to begin with) and that includes the very preferences you’re claiming are universal. Your list doesn’t actually describe a collective standard; it simply ignores the reality of individual agency. You’ve framed human variety as a grievance, but the logic simply doesn’t hold up when confronted with an individual's unique experience.

Women won't date men who blink funny, have hobbies they don't like, drive shitty cars, live in places they don't like, wear colors they don't like, are too short, are too hairy, are too smooth, too handsome, not handsome enough, are too smart, too dumb, too lean, too thick, don't dress what they deem appropriate, don't act how they think appropriate, don't share their views, are too aggressive, too passive, show emotions, don't show emotions, don't listen, don't talk enough, talk too much, solve their problems, don't solve their problems etc etc etc. But preferring my girlfriend nothave a penis is just too much?
