@ZARA_Care @Zara I received a denim jeans on 23rd March and requested a return the same day. I followed up multiple times (1st April, 4th April, 16th April) and have called at least 10 times. Every time I’m told “pickup will happen within 48 hours,” but nothing has been done.

No call or delivery attempt is made unless I personally call and inform your team that my parcel is lying at the hub. Delivery staff asks me to collect from the hub or take delivery at another location. This is unacceptable

Waybill: 90390182864 City: Beas This issue has been ongoing for the past 2 years. Shipments addressed to my home are repeatedly not delivered. Business credit cards and important consignments reach Beas hub and are returned or held without delivery.
