कल अहमदाबाद से लंदन जा रहे एयर इंडिया के यात्री विमान हादसे में बाड़मेर संसदीय क्षेत्र के बोर चारणान गांव निवासी तथा अहमदाबाद में MBBS कर रहे छात्र जयप्रकाश जाट की भी मृत्यु हो जाने के दु:खद समाचार प्राप्त हुए, जयप्रकाश हादसे के वक्त अपने हॉस्टल में ही मौजूद थे और दुर्भाग्य से उसी हॉस्टल पर यह विमान गिर गया था |
दुःख की इस घड़ी में राष्ट्रीय लोकतांत्रिक पार्टी परिवार के संवेदनाएं स्वर्गीय जयप्रकाश के परिजनों के साथ है |
परमात्मा दिवंगत पुण्यात्मा को अपने श्री चरणों में स्थान प्रदान करें |

@VishalBhargava5 It seems that Rs. 500/- per Sq. ft. is the Floor rise on a base price of around 44000/- per Sq. ft. The first ad is of 23rd flr, second ad is of 10th flr and the 3rd ad is of 2nd flr.

But the below screen is yet a good illustration of the gap between resale prices vs prices quoted by the developer
In an efficient market - both should converge.

My current laptop is a 2.5 year old Dell XPS 15" (9750 I think), and will need to be returned to my now-ex employer. It also has power/heating issues (and has always has linux battery life issues). Given the battery life issues it had I'm wary of another XPS with a discrete GPU

@dipl I think firejail is an OS-level sandbox. This is an application-level one.
You can use both together where it makes sense.
Otherwise, OS-level sandboxes are good for entire applications, in a separate process. This is good for a specific library inside the same process.

@AjeetK ONE asset company or general trade company, doesn't matter, legally speaking. The rules are still same if the entity is incorporated as private limited company. The below link information is applicable to ONE asset company as well.

@dipl Lot of ready inventory in that belt. And most of the area is just a mess on the infrastructure front. Project specific it will be and prices have already been lowered - but probably a 10% cut should be easy.
