Chud has built a reputation for deliberately provoking confrontations in public spaces—calling Black individuals racial slurs, making inflammatory remarks designed to agitate, and seemingly looking for conflict, all for the purpose of creating social media content. That pattern makes context critical as we analyze the shooting confrontation with Joshua Fox. This is a case where legal analysis requires walking a difficult line. Whatever one thinks of Chud’s antics, he has all the same rights of self-defense against unlawful attack as the rest of us—no more, and no less. The outcome in this shooting depends entirely on facts: Did Chud reasonably believe he faced imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm? Did he provoke the confrontation and acquire a legal duty to retreat in what is normally a stand-your-ground state? NEW: The man Chud The Builder shot yesterday has been identified as Joshua Fox, who was charged with aggravated domestic assault after allegedly threatening his wife with a screwdriver and trying to burn the house down in 2024.
On April 18, 2024, in Clarksville, Tennessee, officers responded to a domestic incident at a Tower Drive apartment.
Joshua Fox told officers his wife would not let him leave. His wife told officers Joshua was upset over vehicle issues preventing him from leaving.
She claimed Joshua had an aerosol can and a lighter and attempted to burn the house down. When she tried to take the can away, they both fell to the ground. She said Joshua then grabbed a screwdriver and held it to her side, causing her to back away.
Officers located the aerosol can and screwdriver as described. They deemed Joshua the primary aggressor and arrested him for aggravated domestic assault.

The two individuals involved were identified as 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly aka “Chud the Builder,” and another man. Both sustained gunshot wounds and were hospitalized in stable condition. Eatherly was arrested and charged with criminal attempt murder (15-60 years), employing a firearm during a dangerous felony (minimum 6 years), aggravated assault (3 to 15 years), and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon (1 to 6 years). Eartherly was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

22 year old Danozjna Shalita allegedly left her three kids home alone while she went out running the streets in Pennsylvania.
Police say she barricaded the children inside a bedroom before leaving, pushing a couch in front of the door and blocking the stairs with a mattress. Inside were her 5 year old son, 3 year old daughter, and 5 month old baby girl.
While she was gone, the apartment caught fire.
According to investigators, the landlord called to tell her the apartment was burning, but she allegedly hung up and didn’t show up until about 20 minutes later.
She initially told police she had been at Walmart, but detectives checked surveillance footage at two different Walmart locations and say she was never there. Phone records allegedly showed she had been talking to her boyfriend in jail and arranging a drug deal for him.
All three children died in the fire.
Danozjna was arrested and charged with third-degree murder, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, and reckless endangerment.

A Mississippi man accused of killing a 10-year-old boy in a hit-and-run was found not guilty… then moments later allegedly spit toward the grieving family outside the courthouse. 😳
Cody Rollinson was acquitted in the 2025 death of 10-year-old Jordan Hill, who was killed after being hit by a pickup truck while riding an ATV near the roadway in Liberty, Mississippi.
After the verdict, video showed Rollinson being escorted from court when someone asked if he had anything to say to the family. Instead, he appeared to spit in their direction.
Rollinson admitted he left the scene but claimed he couldn’t call 911 because he had no cell service.
Jordan died at the scene. The jury cleared Rollinson of all charges after about an hour of deliberation.

A 16-year-old boy got off his school bus in Florida… and walked straight into an ambush.
Earlier that day, another student allegedly told him, “You’ll be seeing me later.” Kids on the bus were already warning him that something was coming.
Then the moment he stepped off the bus, a group of boys rushed him.
According to reports, 11 students from Wekiva High School attacked the teen near a bus stop in Ocoee, Florida. Witnesses say he was punched, kicked, and stomped while curled up on the ground trying to protect himself. Someone even stole his shoes during the attack.
The teen was knocked unconscious and later woke up in the hospital with swollen eyes, scratches across his body, and little memory of what happened.
His mother says she had already warned officials about threats leading up to the attack.
Now all 11 students involved are reportedly facing criminal charges, including battery and rioting, after the video spread online.
Absolutely disturbing situation. Parents really need to know what’s happening in some schools right now.

The four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver faced up to five years in prison after his former personal chef accused him of assault during a December 2025 dispute. She claimed he slapped her, put her in a headlock, and threw her on a bed. She was recorded dancing and have a good time shortly after the alleged incident. No witnesses or injuries were reported, and the jury acquitted him on all charges after a short deliberation.
Sadly, the damage was already done. He lost endorsements, money, and was attacked online and labeled an abuser before the facts came out. She reportedly sought $5.5 million, yet after everything he endured, she faces no consequences for allegedly lying. This is why I will never blindly “believe all women.” Wait for the facts. Accountability should apply to everyone. She deserves five years in prison. Thoughts?
