@Discover Someone logged into my account unauthorized and added a bank to my credit card account. I also cannot log in and changing my password leads me to a page where it says I'm locked out and to call customer support -- except I just stay on hold and it cuts off. Help?

@Discover filed a dispute tonight for a double charge. I need the funds before 10 days. I have evidence from geico that they can't refund and told me to call my bank. Can someone else help?
Side note just called @Discover, and they helped provide a temporary relief plan for 6 months of assistance, it took less than 7 minutes.

Was on with @CapitalOne to see if I could apply for a temporary hardship program to reduce my APR to help pay down my debt. They put me on hold for over 40 minutes, then hung up on me.
Called back only to be told they couldn't do anything.
Terrible service, don't get CapitalOne.
& whoever closed all my credit card accounts with my permission good luck, identity theft & fraud. people are so dumb 🤦🏽♀️ you guys really think you can control people & not be held liable is crazy!

got me arguing with the damn customer service about it too. well actually they should’ve done more steps to verify my identification so that those credit card accounts wouldn’t be closed to begin with @Discover

Ever since @Discover was bought by capital one is has lost all its appeal & customer service. I had an interest free for a year promo called one rep said she found it and transferred me to a new dept to have it added to my account then I had that women say she had no clue what
