Sure... Once you somehow defeat the best military, navy, air force, Marines, Coast Guard, ground troops, missiles, and somehow get past all of our nukes—even if that were to happen, which is already extremely unlikely since our Coast Guard alone is the 4th strongest navy in the world and our Navy’s aircraft divisions are the second strongest air force in the world after our own Air Force—now you have to fight 100+ million well-armed and trained militiamen who abide by “it’s not a war crime the first time.” Oh, and I can’t wait for you to hit the South. Man, at that point it will be a horror movie for you.
@nexta_tv Their first job is to try locate & eliminate the shooter before he can do more harm ? So why wouldn't they retreat to a safe covered location to deal with him. Can't help anyone or stop him if you just stand in the firing line & die. Stupid story. The killer was shot & killed.
🔞 Footage has emerged from police body cameras showing officers fleeing the scene of a mass shooting in Kyiv
Patrol officers arrived at the call immediately after the tragedy began. The video shows a horrifying scene: wounded people lie on the ground, and a small boy with a gunshot wound begs them to help his father instead of him.
At that moment, gunshots ring out — the officers, despite being armed, start running away while the gunman continues shooting defenseless people.
The officers are accused of negligence. Tomorrow, the court will decide on a preventive measure for the men.

BTW I am not suicidal. I eat healthy food. The brakes on my Ubers and Subways are in good shape. There are no deep pools of water in my apartment and I’m a pretty good swimmer.
@missmommymolly@MrPitbull07 It's your stupid tipping culture that's gone overboard. In most of EU there's basic hourly salary (to ensure a paycheck/living) + optional tipping, which most people do for good service. Giving more than 10-20% tip is above the norm. Fix your culture.
Ran up a $1500 dinner tab and when the receipt came back they had those cute little “suggested tips” printed like I’m supposed to casually drop another $300 just because someone carried plates from kitchen to table. I left $25 which honestly felt generous considering I already paid restaurant-level prices for the food itself.
Server immediately got weird about it, attitude switched, barely a thank you, just that tight smile people do when they think you violated some unspoken rule. I told her straight up tipping isn’t a percentage subscription service and I’m not funding someone’s rent just because the bill happened to be high.
Manager wandered over trying to smooth it out, hinting about “industry standards” like that magically obligates me. That only made me dig in harder because nowhere else do you get charged more for the exact same task just because the total went up.
So I signed it exactly how it was, stood up, and walked out while they all stared like I committed financial treason, and if they think I’m coming back there to play along with that system again they’re seriously confused.

Anne Hathaway stars in COLOSSAL. Now on Netflix.
We are heartbroken by the loss of Vince Zampella, a creative leader whose work shaped generations of players and helped define what modern shooters and action games could be.
Across a remarkable career, Vince played a foundational role in franchises including Call of Duty, Titanfall, Apex Legends, and the Star Wars Jedi series. During his time guiding Battlefield, he led with care and purpose, always grounding decisions in what mattered most to the community and the long-term future of the franchise.
While his impact reached far beyond any one game or studio, we will remember Vince for how he showed up every day, trusting his teams, encouraging bold ideas, and believing in Battlefield and the people building it.
We are deeply grateful for his leadership, his generosity, and the care he brought to everything he touched, and we will carry that forward with us.
I cannot believe I am writing this.
Vince Zampella, a titan of the video game industry, the co-creator of Call of Duty and co-founder of Respawn Entertainment, not to mention a dear friend, died in a car crash yesterday in Los Angeles.
