@johann_sath This is step 1. Step 2: organize those daily files into a tiered L0/L1/L2 system so your agent doesn't have to load everything at startup.
We went from ~3K tokens to ~200 tokens at boot. Wrote about it here: github.com/vernaillen/rez…

@Marmik_Patel19 Sometimes people just need to be “enabled” — being in the right environment allows that 🙌🏽

if you can't connect with 99% of people, you're actually NOT the problem. they are.
in my junior year, i needed more friends. i googled every club at college and met ~180 new people. i made 1 friend.
so i moved to toronto for an internship. went to every event i could find and met ~200 people. i made 2 friends.
i thought something was wrong with me. even my therapist couldn't figure it out.
then i moved to sf in 2024. suddenly that 1/200 rate became 1/5. the same thing happened in 2025 when i moved to new york.
turns out there was never anything wrong with me. i was just in the wrong environment.
i wasn't truly opening up (which is required for meaningful relationships) b/c i bonded well with ambitious people (who were hard to find in canada).
if you're trying really hard and you know you're right, the limitation, paradoxically, is sometimes everyone else.

confidence is literally the only attribute you need in society to achieve success.
4 years ago i had 0 skills and could barely function. but i set (and fundamentally believed in) a goal that was physically impossible.
it's because life is a social game, and humans will always act like animals. this means that we all, intentionally or not, assign a "value" metric to everyone else.
so if you lack self-confidence (i.e., you don't respect yourself), then no one else will either. (why should they?)
in contrast, if you possess delusional self-belief, then the world (the ppl around you) will literally mould to manifest your vision.
that's exactly how that dream 4 years ago is now my day-to-day life.
as soon as you project desperation, you will never achieve your goal. as soon as you're convinced of inevitable success, you'll always achieve your goal.

When you detach yourself from the outcome but still give 110% that is when things will magically start working out in your favor It is one of those unwritten rules of life. If you operate out of desperation (and neediness), you never get what you are after

Cal AI has been acquired by MyFitnessPal 🚨
Henry and I started Cal AI as 17-year old high school students with one mission: make calorie tracking easier with AI.
In just 18 months, we’ve helped millions of people lose millions of pounds. And we broke $50m in ARR along the way.
We are at an incredible inflection point in history where ANYBODY can build a product that can improve lives and make millions.
As founders, we get a lot of praise. The truth is that this would not have been possible without our incredible 30+ person team. We are so proud of what this team has accomplished, and are thankful to everyone that has been instrumental in Cal AI’s development and success.
Cal AI will continue as a separate app from MyFitnessPal. The combined team will share resources to continue helping people achieve their fitness goals!
