Trying to get home flight has been delayed over 3 hours and all @JetBlue can do is offer a $12 voucher per person. Now they are saying we are “overweight”. How exactly are we over weight and why do some people have to get off? Can we maybe get something more than a $12 voucher that has to be used within 24 hours?
