There is no "Rule 53 of the Geneva Convention". There's a "Rule 53" *of the ICRC Study on Customary International Humanitarian Law*, or an "Article 53", in which case you'd need to specify which Geneva Convention, because there's four. But sure, you go on...

If Israel wants to put real pressure on Gaza, it must cut electricity and water supply and start actively bombing food warehouses and fuel depots. This is allowed by Rule 53 of the Geneva Convention. Simply stopping aid does nothing except provide PR for the enemy.
