Earl Grey panna cotta with baked peaches, hazelnut crumble and thyme. My dish from heat 1 of this year’s #MasterChefUK, which received some pretty great feedback from the guest judges! Would have loved to cook this as part of @jayrayner1’s ‘stone fruit’ QF brief! #MasterChef

@redlucy54 @DamienNolan15 @MasterChefUK @BBCOne He works FOH in a Nando’s. You could be an architect and have access to a professional kitchen through friends/contacts. You could also be an architect and have tuition on the sly. The only advantage he stands to gain is that he is used to working at a fast pace.

@djamkitchen Thank you! I was a little confused that you had both wild garlic and blackberries, but I suppose the latter freeze.

For how many months of the year is wild garlic available to #forage ? I'd like to do more #foraging , but am a little clueless. #MasterChefUK
