@CodeEdison The idea is a “universal income” where the machines essentially fund our existence. Unfortunately the combination of human greed and the need to “earn what we eat” makes it an unsustainable model.

Everyone says AI will replace most jobs. But if there are no jobs, there’s no income. No income means no spending. So how does the economy even function? What am I missing?

Spirit Airlines isn’t failing because Joe Biden blocked a merger. Spirit Airlines is failing because it’s a shit company, with a shit product and even worse customer service. Other low fare airlines are doing fine: Allegiant, Jet Blue, Breeze, etc. No more bailouts. Period.

We’re financing a company that has already bankrupted itself twice. They figured out how to use their own failure as leverage against the American public. ​If you run out of money, you lose your house. If an airline runs out of money, the taxpayers buy them a new one.
