@c2c_Rail cheesed off. The only open ticket machine is useless. It refused to issue receipt. And it’s is not “adequately accessible” as per DDA. Also why when ticket office closed can we not access the second machine on platform 2. And when are the lifts going to be fixed? #fail

@c2c_Rail ticket machine out of paper, no receipt. Plus the only other machine is behind locked gates. Not really thought this through have you.

@SGgrc What's your take on the update gift from @remoteutilities #Fail that blocks out key part of screen? Had to drive >200 miles to remove this from my distressed (80yo) dad's PC. I used to assist him when with this This is security gone wrong Now looking for alternative.

@NHS_South_Essex What is happening with Laindon health centre is it closed? All calls are being rejected (says queue is full) Any attempt to book any available appointment with any doctor gets the response Sorry no appointments are available #WTF

@BasiIdon What’s the point in revamping it There is no service available from it at the moment No appointments can be made with any doctors If the building was knocked down I don’t think anyone would notice the service is awful at the moment And yes this is a direct result of Brexit

@djbnobby I have looked into this further and I am sorry that I gave you the wrong information initially, you cannot purchase a 2-6 travelcard for your journey, the correct ticket for your journey is a Laindon to u2356 this is also cheaper than a travelcard.

@c2c_Rail so which of these #confusing options is a “London Travelcard Zones 2-6” and also please explain what those other options are for (consider this an FOI request)

@djbnobby Good morning, all the other options you have provided are specific fares for certain zones so zones u1 is a return to one station with zone 1 so the same as a London Terminals return.
