@anyonewantchips Hey stupid. Only one parent needs to be a citizen for a child to earn birthright citizenship. Plus, birthright citizenship also inures to the children of green card holders!

As the Supreme Court is poised to rule on Trump’s request to end birthright citizenship - it might be a good time to mention the fact that Ivana was not a US citizen when Don Jr, Ivanka & Eric were born, and Melania was not a US citizen when Barron was born.

Bam scored 83 points last night. And it still doesn’t belong in the same conversation as Kobe’s 81. Here’s why. 1) Numbers without context are meaningless. Process determines value. 2) It IS impressive to score 83 points in a basketball game. You must take shots, and they must go in the basket. HOW you get the points, however, also matters. 3) Bam’s 83 ≠ nor greater than Kobe’s 81. Kobe, as Kobe told the story, got pissed off because his team was losing. He caught fire and was scoring against intentional defense. Kobe’s points were a byproduct of competition. Bam’s points were the objective. 4) Bam / MIA was chasing Kobe for this manufactured Stats Slop. Stats Slop = numbers created for narrative value rather than competitive necessity. 5) When a player scores this many points he is “on fire”, taking— and making— more shots than usual. This applies only to the first half for Bam’s feat. After halftime, he was chasing stats. Also — 6) Dwayne Wade recently stated that there’s no “buzz“ in the City of Miami for the team. He was right. Buzz is created through having 1. A contending team and 2. Box-office level players. Nothing about last night changes the reality that the Heat have neither. Buzz is like being famous. If you have to *argue* that there’s buzz, there’s no buzz. 7) What happened last night reflects what’s happening in society, not just basketball. Storylines and outcomes clearly & intentionally manufactured. Surface-level people paid to make it seem like it matters arguing that it should be respected *just because it happened,* while tell us to not trust our lying eyes and ignoring the process that led to it. We increasingly reward appearances instead of processes. This deposit is rejected. Bottom Line: If you respect the process, you understand the difference. If you only respect the number, you won’t.

I want white people like @KidRock to put together a definitive list of Black People who aren't "DEI hires". If Jay-Z is a "DEI hire", no black human being is qualified to do anything but be a slave. At this point I feel like "DEI" just means "Diet N*gger" and I'd prefer yall to stand on that. Jay-Z has credentials which list him as being arguably the greatest rapper of all time, has sold 140 million records, he holds the record for the most number-one albums (14) by a solo artist on the Billboard 200, is the first rapper inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, is first living rapper inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, has 25 Grammy's and has had successful record labels where he has signed multiplatinum talent such as Rihanna & Kanye West. If he's not qualified to pick the Super Bowl halftime show, who the fuck is?????

“Mike Tomlin could save us from an insufferable race-baiter on TV. I would fire Ryan Clark and replace him with Mike Tomlin. And the reason I’d do that is, if you make that replacement, Ryan Clark can’t claim racism. He can’t say, ‘You replaced me with a young white guy,’ or a pretty blonde girl. He’d have to eat it because you’re replacing him with a Black guy, right?”

It’s crazy what sends people into a tizzy these days. This time all it took was a little kindness from Jacksonville Free Press’ Lynn Jones. I graduated from the Manship school of Mass Communications, but clearly I don’t understand journalism. I get it. Everyone needs to give their opinion on everything these days, but it was ok to sit this one out. Maybe if she asked a dumb question, or pitted a young player against his coach she’d be applauded… or maybe society just can’t stand to see good people do nice things. @ThePivot Clips on @youtube. #ThePivot #LynnJones #LiamCoen #JacksonvilleJaguars #Podcasts

I really enjoy Stephen A. Smith's political commentary. I think he represents what could be a healthy change for the left. In this video, he talks about how Don Lemmon and Joy Reid are throwing him under the bus, for not being 'black' enough. I think what Stephen A. Smith is realizing, is his friends and colleagues are racist. He doesn't outright say it like that, but the reason he is under attack is because race is weaponized by the left, and if you're not with 'the left' - you must be racist! What they're saying (or how I interpret it) is, Stephen A. Smith is in derelict of his duty, as a black man, by associating with conservatives. My understanding is, the only reason they would suggest such a thing is because they feel if black people aren't loyal to the Democratic Party's narrative, they are in derelict of their duty as black people. Don Lemon and Joy Reid want all black people to play on the same team, which implies they all think alike, and they SHOULD all think alike. That's MY interpretation, of racism. I remember watching a clip of Joy Reid suggest I should have to pay reparations for what my ancestors did, and suffice to say I don't have the money. I feel bad for what black people went through - the same I would anyone else - but when I see Joy Reid on television telling me I owe her something BECAUSE of the color of my skin, I see this as a high functioning autistic white male. She may feel entitled to my money BECAUSE I am white, but I don't have any money to give her.. She is a millionaire African American woman, and she was able to achieve this because America is a great place! Regardless of the narrative, America is one of the least racist countries - she is living proof! I voted for Obama in 2008! My first girlfriend was black! But she thinks I owe her money.... What if people were prejudiced against me? As mentioned, I'm a high functioning autistic adult - my life is ripe full of discrimination, and it's not because of the color of my skin - it's because of my neurological wiring. Lots of people don't like me, and you know what? That's fine. I'm not asking for handouts, and frankly I don't need them. I suggested I don't have money to give away, but I have been successful. I don't need help from the government, and I surely don't need help on the basis of skin color, and that's not to say others don't or it wouldn't help - I can only speak for myself, and I only have enough money to take care of myself. But she (Joy Reid) thinks I owe HER (a millionaire) money.. I was apprised to San Fransisco signing a bill to pay reparations to black people, and I've been reflecting on how I feel about it, and I didn't want to comment on it, because I didn't want to say anything stupid. It's not something I have any business talking about - I'm not black and I don't live in San Fransisco. Part of me is happy about it! I hope the protocol in of itself yields the desired result, but I also feel bad for all the OTHER people like me, who had nothing to do with slavery. Maybe their ancestors didn't live here when slavery took place, and now they're being victimized by the government for something they had nothing to do with. Such is life, we don't live in a perfect world and we can't make it perfect. What Stephen A. Smith realizes in this video, is his friends and colleagues think less of him because of his opinion, and because he has the opinions he has, he's not 'black' enough for them. How insulting. How racist. youtu.be/YySLEaufvlQ?si…

Michelle Obama , I need your undivided attention. I’ve visited the White House… and you lived in it. So let’s stop the victim routine for a second because as Black Americans, when you put our lives side by side, your story doesn’t add up. I don’t normally compare my life to others, but I grew up in foster care. No parents. No stability. No safety net. I started with nothing. You had two parents, a stable home, and every opportunity in front of you. Yet somehow I believe in this country more than you do. You had million-dollar book deals, a $60M Netflix contract in your household, multiple mansions, a $100M net worth… And you’re still playing oppressed? Meanwhile, I built my food company COUSINTS.com from scratch. I wrote books with no book deals, no publishing machine, no million-dollar advances. America didn’t hold me back, I worked for everything I have. So maybe instead of fear-mongering and telling Black Americans what they can’t do, start telling them what’s possible — because I’m proof. If America was as hopeless as you claim, I wouldn’t have gone from foster care to the White House… and you wouldn’t have lived in it.

I have always said that Michelle Obama missed the chance to make a mark as a Black First Lady. Braiding hair would have sent a powerful message without saying a word, no questions asked. Her current obsession is meaningless with her straightened hair.
