In a leaked video of Netanyahu, he says: “We are working to bring Iran to places it has never been before. They will understand that they are below, and jews are above.” This is exactly what they mean by goyim.

“The Lavon Affair (1954), or "Operation Susannah," was a failed Israeli covert "false-flag" operation aimed at bombing American and British-owned targets in Egypt to frame local militants. It sought to block the British withdrawal from the Suez Canal zone, but resulted in the capture of an Egyptian Jewish spy ring and political scandal.”

@LibyaLiberty This sounds like the Lavon Affair all over again.

.@Stanford law school profs Joseph Bankman and Barbara Fried went on CNN yesterday to defend their son who is in prison for misappropriating funds at FTX. “I think that Sam was the victim of an out of control prosecution and I know that Trump himself feels he was,” Fried said.

In China, Seven dogs stolen from their owners have gone viral after escaping from an illegal transport truck and making their way home. They traveled 10.5 miles/17 km together, led by a corgi across highways and fields, now safely back with their respective owners.

Curiosities of scientific research: If you think your work is useless — remember the Swedish Navy. In the 1980s, Swedish naval hydroacoustic systems were picking up suspicious signals that were identified as the noise of Soviet submarines. Search teams spent months trying to find evidence of an intrusion, but without success. After the collapse of the USSR and the end of the Cold War, the mysterious signals continued. So the Swedish authorities sent a research team to investigate what was going on. In 1996, Professor Magnus Wahlberg conducted a study and discovered that the sound was produced by herring — when their swim bladder compresses, excess gas is released through the anal canal in the form of air bubbles. This acoustic pattern is unique and found only in herring. For 15 years, Swedish naval forces were, well… listening to herring farting.

The late Robert Mueller was a Bill of Rights Executioner while he was FBI chief. The precedents he set on the Patriot Act & total surveillance continue to ravish Americans' privacy. My piece: libertarianinstitute.org/articles/the-l…

If you buy what Centcom is selling, this is the most accident-prone the US military has been in its entire history. The F-15 entered service 60 years ago and its never been downed during a war. Now 5 of them have been downed by "malfunction" and "friendly fire" in 2 weeks.

Growing up in Gaza, I spent the early years of my childhood at the Latin Patriarchate School, Gaza’s Catholic school. There, my Christian teacher taught me the Quran as part of my Arabic language classes. Our headmaster, Father Manuel Musallam, instilled the values of patriotism, love of the homeland, and pride in Palestine’s Christian and Islamic history in an entire generation of students. In fact, if Father Musallam were to be part of any other struggle for liberation, he would have been honored and remembered for his resistance and anti-oppression theology.

My family is made up of both Christians and Muslims. We love each other and respect each other's faith. If you look past the propaganda, you'll see that this is the default.

The carte blanche given to Israel to rebrand war crimes into war doctrine did not begin yesterday. In 2006 Israel announced the “Dahieh doctrine” as a shorthand for its blatant and intentional strategy of collective punishment of civilians in Lebanon. When Trump says the U.S. has had "very good and productive" conversations with Iran, and Iran says "there are no negotiations," one of them is lying. This is not a gray area. This is not a matter of different perspectives or competing interpretations or the natural ambiguity of diplomatic language. Either talks are happening or they are not. Either progress is being made or it is not. Iran has said, in clear language, through official channels, for the record: There are no talks. We have not agreed to negotiate. No intermediary has brought us a proposal we have accepted. Nothing the American administration has announced reflects any actual diplomatic contact. That is a factual claim. It is either true or false. If it is false, Iran is lying to its own people and to the world about the existence of negotiations, which would be an extraordinary diplomatic gambit with no obvious strategic benefit. If it is true, Trump is lying to the American people and to the markets about negotiations that don't exist, which is consistent with a documented pattern of Trump making announcements that bear no relationship to underlying reality. The press covers it as "dueling claims." It is not dueling claims. One side is lying. The evidence about which side that is has been accumulating for years.
