@Akash4192 @USAndIndia I have a biometric today. The portal shows vac date as scheduled. However, the embassy date is cancelled for April 23. I have not received any email yet. I don’t see the reschedule option as well. Any info on when I will be able to reschedule through the portal?

@SnehaAnanthan @USAndIndia As of the update on the us embassy Facebook page... all vfs appointments will be honored this week. I will let you know once I reach there. Interestingly, I do not have the rescheduling option any more on my ustracekdocs page

@VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare @MEAIndia @PMOIndia @narendramodi All the indians are experiencing passport services issues with the new vendor @VFSGlobal in new york and they are failed to provide the service and no help desk.renew passport in tatkal has been reached to vfs on 11/13.

@DrSJaishankar This is true! They could not find anything after a 10 minute call (of which I had to pay for 5 mins at $2 per min 😅). No confirmation was received after 5 days. There is serious lack of efficiency at vfs. The tracking system is also flawed and needs to be revamped
