First they blamed Latinx immigrants without evidence. Now, they’re turning the blame onto Black people against evidence to the contrary. Not surprising. Blaming Latinx and Black people is what many politicians do when in peril, when trying to deflect blame. It’s a racist pastime.


I am honored to have received the @IndSector 2021 John W. Gardner Leadership award, and to share it with Professor John A. Powell whom I have long admired for his leadership and kindred spirit in this vital work for healing, equity, and #racialjustice.
