@PSSMKR Cherry was definitely just the P.I. filler character when Jessica Jones was written out of Season 1. But now that’s she’s here I didn’t think they’d bring him back in any capacity. It was surreal seeing them interact.

@theyarehorns Idk if this might have been confirmed somewhere but my theory was that Cherry’s role in season 1 was originally written as Jessica Jones. The way Matt asked him to investigate things for him, and the way Cherry was shit talking sense into Matt at times felt very much like her.
