Finally after escalating things to Level 5 in RE support and tweeting on X, I got the solution from the RE dealer after 12 days. Thanks to Royal Enfield for stepping in and resolving it. @royalenfield @EicherMotorsLtd

3/21 (15/01/26) PDI Findings. Invoice No: INVO07821IJ00746 At PDI, the allocated Classic 350 Stealth Black had visible physical damage. I recorded photos & videos inside the showroom and have preserved original media with metadata. @royalenfield @autocarindiamag
