Also this has nothing to do with criticism. As a brand selling around 4 lakh fans and 10k mixers a month, there are bound to be 2-3 percent people ( which is a large absolute volume ) who have a negative experience And they post negative reviews from which we try to improve But when you post reviews with wrong intention for a product on which we spent 15-16 months building, it is not right for the ecosystem. Specially when online reviews influence purchases a lot

@theskindoctor13 OBC and General are having same fees. Most of times cut off marks are also same. Majority of OBC categories cant take benefit due to creamy layer (thats fair). No one say a word on that.
