I cleaned the windshield. I added air to get to first stop. I took two hours out of my trip to change cars and you send me a charge for $100 with no explanation. I called customer service. No return call 18 hours later. They must be busy.

@Avis Picked up my rental GNV. It had 74,000 miles, smells like a wet dog, the front windshield is opaque, the low tire pressure light is on. I’ve already waited over thirty minutes at the counter so I left. Traded cars at OCF because tire leak continued. Rec’d $100 charge??
