I committed suicide in 2015. I drank a 5th of whiskey, a bottle of wine while downing 30 serequel pills and 20 clonopin pills. While I was waiting to pass out and never wake up, a voice told me "Michael. call 911" I was almost incoherent in my thoughts. The voice was insistent now "Michael, call 911". I never talked to myself in the 3rd person. It was weird. I looked at my hand. The phone was there. I was never a phone person. I don't know where it came from. I dialed 911. I explained to the person I had done the pills and drink. She asked if I could make it to the door. I said I could. I walked to the door and went outside. There was a police car driving up at that same moment. It was as if it was meant to happen. He asked for my ID. I gave it to him. Then I was gone. I remember a little about being transferred to an ambulance. I woke in a hospital bed 2 days later. I was happy. I could not understand it. I was happy. I felt good. I was telling jokes and having a good talk with the hospital staff as they were getting me ready to be transferred to a mental hospital. I finally understood how the Lord saved me. I have never been the same, since. I can't explain it. I was saved and saved. I am not worthy but I was spared hell. I got healthy. I went from 250lbs to 170. I read my bible. My non military PTSD was a thing I could deal with without pharma. I now take no meds. So, here I am, alone, no need for social appeasement. Only to gather the lay of the land and make dumb posts, sometimes. May you all be blessed as I have been. Thank you, Lord.

FUN FACT: Despite its reputation as a platform mostly for adult content, OnlyFans actually started as a place for all kinds of creators, including fitness trainers, chefs, musicians, and artists, to share exclusive content with subscribers. The adult content boom was mostly organic, driven by creators finding a profitable niche.

Iodine deficiency affects roughly two billion people worldwide. Iodine is required for every thyroid hormone your body makes. Your thyroid regulates your metabolism, your temperature, your heart rate, your cognitive function, and your development from the moment of conception. Soil erosion has stripped iodine from agricultural land. Fluoride, bromide, and chlorine: all in your water, your bread, your swimming pools, occupy the same receptor sites as iodine and compete for absorption. We have an epidemic of thyroid dysfunction. We prescribe levothyroxine. We do not discuss the tap water. Iodine is the supplement I actually take. Not because it's exciting. Because it's the one thing that's quietly, systematically missing.

Your face can reveal a TON about your internal health. Here are 5 signs it's giving you (🧵1/6): #1 Dark circles under the eyes This is from poor vitamin C status + impaired collagen production, oxidative stress. The skin underneath the eyes is very thin - making it more susceptible to collagen loss. The dark color is caused by blood vessel congestion and damage.

@Outdoctrination Sometimes dark circles are just genetic. You can tell when it is or isn't when if just the under lid area is darker and not the actually eyeball and eyelid area is dark. When it's dark surrounding all of that it's usually anemia or other issues.

Chuck Norris was going strong until the day he died. He literally just released a video for his birthday a week ago, on March 10th. The final words he left us with? "Life can bring us hardships, but know there's always light at the end of the tunnel. God is good." Amen 🙏🏻✝️

They are definitely NOT paying me to advertise because no one will even hire me as a Meteorologist despite leveling everyone for 3 months, but if you're looking for a mold removal product for your bathrooms. This is it. I find it at Home Depot in the paint section of all places. It's freaking amazing stuff.

@Zafir88538734 @pitbullpatriot3 @TruthFairy131 @sharonwspicer1 Not really. In PA there is an online registry. You put in your information to pull up your donor registration and you simply remove yourself from the registry on that portal. False information. Find your state and figure out how to do it.

You think you’re changing it when you renew your license. Most people think that. That’s not how it works. When you add the organ donor status to your license you’re added to an organ donor list. When you remove it, you are not removed from that list. Organ donation is like a gym membership. It’s very easy to sign up, but they make it extremely difficult to get off the list. Do some research on this one.

They had already allocated his organs. In 2015, Texas father George Pickering II refused to accept doctors’ declaration that his son was brain dead following a massive stroke. When hospital staff began withdrawing life support & had already contacted organ donation services. Pickering took a stand & barricaded himself inside the hospital room with a gun triggering a tense three-hour SWAT standoff. During negotiations, Pickering repeatedly insisted his son was still alive. Then came a moment that changed everything: on command, his son squeezed his hand, proving he was still responsive. Pickering eventually surrendered peacefully and spent nearly a year in jail for his actions. Against all expectations, his son survived and went on to recover. Why did he spend time in jail when he was just defending his son’s life. When you are an organ donor, they try to take you off life support pretty quickly.

How people think of butter: - Clogs arteries - The thing we sensibly replaced with margarine - A relic of less enlightened times What butter actually is: - A prime source of vitamins A, D, E, and K2 - The thing that feeds your gut lining - Direct substrate for testosterone and hormone production - Stable fat: doesn't oxidise, doesn't need a factory, doesn't produce aldehydes when heated - High satiety: you naturally eat less at the next meal - On human tables since we first kept cattle - Delicious The margarine that replaced it was industrially hydrogenated seed oil. It caused the problems butter was blamed for. We swapped the food for the substitute, watched chronic disease accelerate, and kept blaming the food. The food was fine. Put it back on your table.

A man posted on TikTok that his girlfriend left him when he became paralyzed. Girls in the comments said she did the right thing. They abused him and told him to stop crying. A woman posted that her ex-boyfriend left her when she got into an accident and became paralyzed. Girls in the comments said he was the worst guy. They said he wasn’t a real man. They abused him and called him a loser. This is what’s wrong with modern women. They expect everything from men but don’t want to give anything in return. There is no point in dating or marrying such women.

🚨 Josh Shapiro: Welfare Fraud Hits Staggering 165% 🚨 Pennsylvania’s welfare fraud rate just skyrocketed 165% in 2025, now among the worst in the country. While families are working harder than ever, their tax dollars are being siphoned off by fraud and the Shapiro administration still can’t get it under control. Under Josh Shapiro, oversight is falling short and fraud is growing faster than the system can handle. But sure, everything’s fine, right? Pennsylvanians deserve answers and a Governor who actually protects their money. Read more here ➡️: broadandliberty.com/2026/03/20/ben… #PAGOP #ShadyShapiro #WelfareFraud

Potassium is essential for glucose tolerance, insulin secretion, stroke prevention, normal blood pressure, prevention of vascular calcification, and maintenance of optimal body weight. A study found that less than 2% of US adults and about 5% of US men met the potassium recommendation of ≥4700 mg/day. So, functionally, roughly >98% of adults are below the recommended intake. 1–Glucose tolerance and insulin secretion: Experimental potassium deficiency leads to impaired glucose handling and impaired insulin secretion. Experimental potassium depletion in 7 normal young men over 7–8 days. After depletion: >The amount of glucose metabolized fell 27% >Insulin response fell 26% The role of potassium here is mainly beta-cell insulin secretion rather than peripheral insulin sensitivity. “potassium depletion causes glucose intolerance,” and it was “associated with impaired insulin secretion.” 2–Stroke in men Lower potassium intake is associated with higher stroke risk. Men in the top fifth of potassium intake (median 4.3 g/day) had a 38% lower relative risk of stroke than men in the bottom fifth (median 2.4 g/day) Potassium supplement use was also linked to lower stroke risk, particularly in men on diuretics. “high potassium intake may reduce the risk of stroke.” 3–Stroke in men and women Participants consuming <34.6 mmol potassium/day at baseline had a 28% higher hazard of stroke than others after adjustment. “Participants consuming a low potassium diet… experienced a 28% higher hazard of stroke.” 4–Metabolic syndrome/obesity/weight loss Researchers studied 68 participants with metabolic syndrome in a 1-year program. P Increased potassium intake had the strongest association with weight loss, and the group with better weight loss increased their potassium intake much more. “the strongest correlate of the decline in BMI was the increase in dietary potassium intake.” 5–Vascular calcification and arterial stiffness: Low potassium promoted both, and higher potassium attenuated both calcification and arterial stiffness. This was a mouse mechanistic study in which reduced dietary potassium (0.3%) promoted vascular calcification and aortic stiffness compared with normal potassium (0.7%), whereas higher potassium (2.1%) decreased both. “reduced dietary potassium… promoted atherosclerotic vascular calcification and increased aortic stiffness.” 6–Essential hypertension: In 37 adults with mild hypertension, potassium 60 mmol/day significantly reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure; adding magnesium did not improve the effect. “Potassium 60 mmol/day lowers arterial blood pressure.” Oranges, grapes, milk, coconut water, and potatoes are good sources of potsssium. Ref Effect of experimental potassium deficiency on glucose and insulin metabolism. Sodium and potassium intakes among US adults: NHANES 2003–2008. Intake of potassium, magnesium, calcium, and fiber and risk of stroke among US men. Dietary potassium intake and risk of stroke in US men and women: National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey I epidemiologic follow-up study. Stroke. 2001. Increment in Dietary Potassium Predicts Weight Loss in the Treatment of the Metabolic Syndrome. Dietary potassium regulates vascular calcification and arterial stiffness. Efficacy of potassium and magnesium in essential hypertension: a double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study.
