#COMETFLYBY2020 As we welcome the new year, we continue our flyby of 2020 with a recap of the outreach and research activities of our members and faculty. Congratulations to our members for all their hard work with meeting new people, and completing impactful research projects!

This year, two of our undergraduate groups were nominated for the outstanding thesis award by the Software Technology Department. Thankfully, the group of Ian, Zach, Kyle and Rolo got the bronze medal for their work on a data story-driven open data portal. (1/2)
