Jeanine Pirro may have dropped the charges, but that shouldn’t end the conversation. If her office presented false or misleading evidence to a grand jury in a case that nearly imprisoned an innocent man, she should be referred to the bar and face an independent investigation.

@mattnahigian Devers is lazy out of the box. If HE thinks it’s going to be caught he doesn’t run. He is however not bad at taking an extra base once he gets moving. Not a great example of hustle though.

Was that 11-day delay to allow Kyle Shanahan /49ers security team time to negotiate an NDA with the victim? [Media coverage would give the victim leverage in negotiations]. The accident report is what would prove the "clerical error" was innocent. If the victim signed an NDA, they can't release the report. In other words, with an NDA in place, Kyle is the only person who could release the crash report and he likely knew that when he said, "The police report doesn't say that (she was at fault)" If Kyle doesn't release it, it's HIGHLY suspect. He could show it to the media under the condition they can't record it. Very low effort move to remove suspicion and help his credibility as well as the credibility of Palo Alto PD. Why wasn't this done during his closed door meeting with beat writers?
