Currently on hold to @airfrance @AirFranceFR for nearly 1h15min - trying to sort a problem they caused and no one else. Four months on…dozens of emails they refuse to acknowledge. Numerous calls they deny happened. Every time the wait to be answered 1h-2h. Quality service 🙈
