@SamRomeo88 Yes. However it is also for any blockchain requirement for mature network classification to only hold 20% or less. Ripple has 30-40% right now with escrow and 5B parked in management wallet. That will have to be worked out.

We don’t know, is not a great story to run with. IMO until we do know, this supply issue will hang even after the clarity bill is minted.
Don’t shoot the messenger. Words not spoken are sometimes more meaningful than the ones that are. Don’t we think k this is something that needs to be discussed and determined?

What digital commodity’s offer the world is much different than hard commodities like Gold. (Yes there is such a thing)
Verifiable on chain supply. There is no need to store or worry about fake metals flooding the market and no need to move physical bars around. In just 3-5 seconds of transfer, verification can be established from anywhere in the world.
Stable coin itself has issuer clawbacks, freeze potential. Which does have its usefulness too, but there are extended risks.
XRP, Bitcoin don’t have this extra feature. Neutral to all and there is no worry of someone locking you out. If your a sovereign nation looking to sell large amount of USD treasuries and the entire world is looking to do the same. There also might be need when liquidity slowly dries up on traditional instruments and they will have to access options immediately.
The infrastructure is in place. It’s more than software. It’s a financial system that has been built for large liquidity. It just needs to be primed.
