Good questions. Honestly, I think it's because there are many human beings at different stages throughout the world, combined with the fact that some humans would like to be God. (or at least whatever strange version they have of what God is.) Also, our survival instinct is powerful and there are dangerous motherfuckers lurking around this earth.

that's sad and striking to me. Just this evening, I was explaining to my wife how the new translation feature has been amazing. it's the first time that I have been engaging on 'x' with actual words. I am an American. I have had only positive things to say. I am overwhelmed by how kind the posts from americans, japanese, korean, spanish, even the french have been. Since the Russian's came online, I mentioned to her that they are the first that have been blunt in many ways. They have chosen to spread some of the first 'painful' experiences on the new version of the app. I have been very kind and loving in my responses. But it seems that the Russians are very much like some of the other Americans on this app. I hope that our similarities can bring us closer. Our people should be close friends. The truth is, americans can be intense. So can Russians. But we should all be more understanding of one another. Otherwise, what is the point of this magnificent gift of life?

I'm with you brother. China is growing militarily. But they don't have a lot of fighting experience. (actually, they don't have any). So yes, an ASEAN Alliance is superhero powerful. That said... I would rather hope that the Chinese realize this and that they try to become a part of the Peace and not a part of the Problem. They are Communist. I get that. But they are Chinese. And they are also very intelligent people like the rest of us. Let's hope humans can get to a place where we help each other instead of threaten each other. That's my wish. Until then, however, ASEAN Alliance is perfect!

@wisdomXplorer It would be a shame if all these planets happened only for us. Who knows? I think it's more fun to believe. But my life expectancy as a human is too short to chase after any thought that isn't 'more fun'. Life is short. But it is also wide!

I am confused. Your account was created in Canada (hence one of your flags). Are you a Ukranian in Canada writing to us in Russian? Either way, I don't want hate between your countries. Or between your people. None of us do. I understand why you do, I just wish there was another way. But what do I know. I am just a citizen of the United States that has willfully supported your defense against the aggression the best I can. There is much I will never understand about any of this. The history is deep. The reasons are obfuscated. But I do know that the killing on both sides needs to end. Somehow. Much love from the U.S.

(from an American) Japanese are: Smart. Video-gamers. Brilliant. They see art in everything. Saavy. Mostly Disciplined. Hard-working to the point that they should really take a break now and then. Funny. Spiritual. Wonderful. Honest. Organized (well, maybe not the video-gamers). Culturally profound. Deep thinking. Worriers. Lovely people.

@m_takewaka Yes. And thank you for your attention to this matter. :)

@GuronBetheds @zaur_aliyarov He rambles. It's like he is on a horse that knows the way home, but gets distracted along the way. Eventually, he gets there. But before he does, he visits many shiny objects on the way.

@dmckninja @zaur_aliyarov Английский не мой родной язык. Но когда я слушаю что говорит Трамп, мне кажется что это уровень где то A2/B1. А как вы воспринимаете его речь?

Did we like Obama? He bombed 7 countries. And honestly, I didn't see the benefit. At least now, we might...possibly...hopefully... end the scourge that is the IRGC in Iran. We definitely ended the scourge that was Maduro in Venezuela (I don't think any bombs were involved in that one). I don't know, maybe you just liked the world when those people were still in it. I didn't. To each their own.

@AgingAnarchist You are all sooooo funny! I honestly can't stop laughing. What a great sense of humor you have! I am literally laughing out loud at my computer right now.

@ByteMalware Kind of looks like places in Michigan. But damn! That gas mask bug is crazy!

Florence was amazing when I went there. I think I will go back next year! It's magical. Pompeii was also incredible in a tragic way. But the city I have not been to, that I most want to visit, is Positano. I've never been to the Amalfi Coast. The pictures I have seen are beautiful! Which city or place would you most like to see in the United States?

@hanaamurakami Honestly. Help your young people put down their phones and computers (when not at work), when they get home, encourage them to stop gaming, and start actually talking to one another again. This is the way. This has always been the way.

Well my grandfather served in the second world war in IwoJima. (he forgave Japan, thankfully. His daughter married a Japanese American who's parents were interred in the USA during the war, so safe to say he moved on) but yes. I know where Japan is. I know that China is at least a competitor and at most an adversary of Japan in the modern age. It's hilarious to imagine Japan and China being the same place. They are so different!

@murichanbeer We could really use a few good minesweepers right now. And emotionally, since all of our other 'friends' seem to have abandoned us, it would be an incredible gesture. :)

Yeah I know. Here in the U.S. people have all kinds of political opinions about Russia (and we are told that Europe and Russia hates us as well), but the truth is, the Russians I've met in life are AWESOME! The war is the war. And of course it sucks. But it's so complicated, I would never judge an entire people based on all the information I don't have a clue about. That said, stay safe, stay cool, and keep a spark in your heart.
