Hi Dave. Thank you for letting us know. We will inform our fleet team of the issue so the unit can be looked at. In some cases, it may be an issue with a particular carriage, so I would advise moving to an alternative one in case it may have working air conditioning. @TLRailUK Carriage 409134 on the 0746 Bedford - Brighton (headcode 9T15) currently at Harpenden seems to have problems with its AC

@TLRailUK Coach 10 (ID 410123) of train 9T51 (1646 Bedford - Brighton) seems to be heating rather than cooling. Coach 11 (ID 411123) is okay in comparison.

@TLRailUK Unfortunately I'd just disembarked when your message arrived. I was by the first door of the second carriage from the front.

@TLRailUK I've just boarded the heavily delayed 1751 northbound from St Pancras. The structure of the train is around 40°C inside!

My legs should not be the coldest thing in the image 💀

@TLRailUK Hi, quick question. Using contactless to take the Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Farringdon, then Thameslink to Harpenden... Do I need to tap at the yellow standalone reader at Farringdon between the Elizabeth and southbound platforms? If so, tap once or twice?

@bellowheaduk Just so you know, the tickets for tonight at the Palladium say doors at 7, start at 8, but the Palladium website and box office say doors at 6:30, start at 7:30. Don't want people to arrive at the wrong time 🙂

@dmi Hi Dave, I apologise for the confusion. This train was altered on route leaving St Pancras. Can I ask if an announcement was made onboard? ^Jo

@TLRailUK The delayed 1836 from St Pancras just skipped Harpenden and Luton Airport Parkway stations with no announcement. Many very angry folks now changing at Luton to go back south again.

@TLRailUK I didn't catch one, and nor did anyone else I talked to in my carriage. Judging from the large number of upset people at Luton asking which train for Harpenden, it wasn't just a few of us either.

@TLRailUK The train was definitely going to Harpenden when we left St Pancras. The staff at Luton station don't seem to have been told anything either.
