@dmitrybagrov When you mean he cannot connect to anyone, are you referring to following others? Age restricted accounts don't have social features (leaderboards, following others). When he created the account, he inputted an age under 13. We can remove the restriction if you'd like.

@duolingo Thank you - the ref number is 4653560. He has two accounts, one with a lot of progress in Finnish (MegaFluffik), but he can’t connect to anyone and the old one (Sasha Bagrov), with no progress but he can connect. Can you please make his current account MegaFluffik full one?
